Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Bahimi. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order ships. If you have a question we haven't covered, email us anytime at customerservice@bahimi.com.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after our daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated live at checkout based on your destination, the weight of your order, and the method you choose, so you always see the exact cost before you pay.

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

United States

Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment and are not guaranteed. USPS delivers to street addresses, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Canada

Canadian delivery estimates do not include time held in customs, which is outside our control. See Duties, Taxes & Customs below.

International (United Kingdom & European Union)

We're expanding to the UK and EU soon. International shipping to these regions is not yet available at checkout. Join our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to hear when we launch.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive it. You can also find tracking in your account if you checked out with one.

Duties, Taxes & Customs (Canada)

For orders shipped to Canada, any import duties, taxes, or carrier brokerage fees are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are billed separately by the carrier or customs authority and are not included in the price you pay us at checkout. We're unable to predict or refund these charges.

Delivery Issues

  • Tracking shows delivered, but you can't find it: Please check with household members and neighbors, and look for a carrier notice. If it doesn't turn up within 48 hours, contact us and we'll help you open a trace with the carrier.
  • Delayed in transit: Carrier delays from weather, holidays, or customs are outside our control, but reach out and we'll do what we can to help track it down.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an address error are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
